Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Here's how:

  1. Go to your Account page
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be redirected to the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Note: When you cancel, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to Free tier.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if you haven't used any Pro features
  • Technical issues: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts

To request a refund, contact us at billing@vintagelens.app with your account email and reason for the request.

No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after using Pro features
  • Dissatisfaction with AI results (AI analysis is provided for reference only)
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the original purchase.
